By purchasing a commission, you accept the following of the Artist's Terms of Service.Both client and recipient have the equal right to cancel a commission. A full refund will be made if either Client is unable to pay in full or recipient is unable to process the order.

The commissioned work will be in multiple stages, assuming that the client has paid for a colored sketch.Stage One: Sketch
Stage Two: Lineart
Stage Three: Coloring + Extras
Commissions, depending on the artist's time, will take around 1 week to an month.If payments are made outside of Ko-fi, said artist will only accept Zelle, Cashapp, And/Or Apple Pay.

You do not have nor claim the right to use any of my art for Artificial Intelligence(AI) use and/or training under any way, shape, or form.
[ex. Generative AI, OpenAI, etc.]
I do not accept offers of commissions involving illegal material, derivitive work of others(unless asked by), explicit gore, derogatory nor politicial works.
Any promotion or profit of said art must be stated before any agreements/purchases are made.

If conditions of the TOS are not met, the artist has every right to cancel, deny, and/or ban the client from any further processes in the future without question.By default, all conversations between artist and recipients are private and will stay anonymous under normal circumstances.

All characters and art posted to this account is subject to the names and alias: epiconic456, jtdubs456, SoullSil, DemonsofGolld, Neo, and Brandon Clarke unless said otherwise via the art's description.
